A Message from Our Founder, Gustavo
Over the last 18 years I witnessing the dedication of the hard working farmers working 12 months of the year round the clock tirelessly, many times enduring dry summers and harsh winters to provide for us and often without receiving adequate rewards. In the other hand living in the digital age, where connectivity knows no bounds and information spreads rapidly, I’ve seen a transformation amongst consumers, they have become more educated and demanding, today they want to know the provenence, sustainability and animal welfare standards of their product and if has been ethically sourced.
Through out these years I’ve developed the enduring importance of listening, listening to consumers, our customers, to our producers, farmers and their needs.
This experience and their increasing demand for a change has ignited in me a deep passion for ethical farming and a drive to bridge the gap between responsible producers and demanding consumers.
